Romano Ian is a multidisciplinary designer with a focus on urban strategy, , data visualization, and geospatial systems.  He holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies (Urbanism) with a concentration in urbanism from Carleton University. Ian was previously an Urbanism Research Fellow & Research Coordinator for the Carleton Urban Research Lab at the Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism and is a former research assistant with the Carleton Immersive Media Studio. He’s a fan of Aaron Sorkin movies, over-buttered popcorn, and in-flight meals. He’s previously lived in Ottawa, the Philippines and in Northern Canada. Currently he lives in Los Angeles and is completing a Master of Science in the Design of Cities at SCI-Arc (Southern California Institute of Architecture).
